Who are Indirectchannel.com?

Indirectchannel.com started providing Internet generated leads to businesses in 1998. We re-grouped and re-branded in 2005 to focus on serving the business to business market by using new technology and a world-class customer support team. Indirectchannel.com's unique Request for Quote tools and buying guides cover a wide range of critical business purchases ranging from accountancy systems to website hosting. How does the Lead Referral Service work?

Buyers submit quote requests by answering customized questions based on the product or service they wish to purchase. Indirectchannel.com's proprietary matching system identifies the suppliers that are the best match for the buyer's purchase specifications.  We contact the buyer by telephone.  If they pass our qualification tests, an e-mail including the buyer's full contact information and their purchasing specifications is sent to matched suppliers. Suppliers then respond to buyers’ requests directly, either by phone or by e-mail.


How does Indirectchannel.com attract business buyers?

We attract motivated buyers by producing custom content that helps businesses make better informed purchase decisions. The leads are sent to us when motivated buyers use the right key words to search for your products and services on major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN.


How hot are the leads?

Our suppliers are able to connect directly with motivated buyers who are actively looking to buy their products or services. And because you receive verified buyers' details immediately after the verification process, Indirectchannel.com's leads are very timely.


How many leads will I receive each month?

When you register for the Lead Referral Service, you select the maximum quantity of leads you want to receive each month. This allows you to easily manage your budget.


When will I be billed for the leads I receive?

You will be billed monthly. At that time, we will e-mail you a statement of all the leads you received that month. You will be charged at that time for the leads you received during the month.


What is Indirectchannel.com's guarantee?

Indirectchannel.com follows a rigorous screening process in order to maximize the quality of our leads. We guarantee that each lead you receive from us is:

(a) submitted by a business customer; (b) submitted for the product or service category that you requested; (c) submitted for the service territory you specified; and (d) delivered to you within two business days of the Request for Quote submission. If you believe a lead fails to meet these criteria, simply visit http://www.Indirectchannel.com/credit and request credit for the lead in question. Are there any account set-up and annual maintenance fees?

These fees are being waived for all new clients who open their accounts during our promotional period. This means that for as long as they remain clients, they will never be charged any set-up or annual maintenance fees. If you would like to know more about opening an account now, please contact us.


Can I make changes to my profile online?

You can change your profile at anytime by accessing our Online Account tool. The Online Account tool allows you to view your contact and category information, see lead reports, and make changes to your profile. 


How many other suppliers will receive the lead?

Our research tells us that our buyers want to make informed purchasing decisions. To do this, they would like to receive somewhere between 4 and 6 quote responses. We base our Requests for Quotes on this information. In this way, buyers are not overwhelmed with phone calls and our suppliers do not suffer unfair competition.


What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can terminate your program at anytime before 14th of September 2006. After this date, you may terminate your involvement in our program at anytime after your first 30 days in the program.


What if my category is not available?

Currently not all of our 100+ product or service categories are available for online registration. To register for other categories or suggest a new category, please e-mail categories@Indirectchannel.com. An Account Manager will get back to you with pricing and details.


How do I sign up?

Signing up with Indirectchannel.com is easy. Simply fill out the registration form, provide your company information, specify the products/service you provide, your account preferences and your billing information.


What are the main terms and conditions?

There is currently no minimum length of program. The supplier is responsible for paying for all leads they receive. See the complete version of Indirectchannel.com's Terms and Conditions.


How long will it take for my account to be activated?

It will take up to 48 hours to activate your account. Most accounts are opened sooner but you will receive an email notification when your account is live
